We replaced the Thomas Heels on this pair of Aldens |
 |
Here's a closer look at the Thomas Heel. |
I haven't replaced a pair of Thomas Heels for a very long time. You may ask, what is a Thomas Heel? It is a heel that extends further down the inside arch area of the shoe. It is often used with people who have flat feet, to give them a little extra support.
Alden still makes shoes that use the Thomas Heel.
